Product returns and After Sale Service

 

A) Parts without defect

New parts delivered, without visible defects or hidden defects, are not included. If the item has been damaged by the customer, the product will be rejected.

 

If the error is not attributable to P2R, any unjustified request will be refused. If we are forced to take certain parts without error from us, we will apply a discount of 30% or restocking fee of 5.00 € if the piece has a value less than 10.00 €.

 

In the event that the product is not in conformity with the sale and that the error is attributable to the company P2R, address within 15 working days after reception of the goods, your complaint on our Internet site in the heading MY RETURNS or at the billing service: billing@p2r-net.com. This request will be subject to acceptance before returning the goods.

 

B) Defective parts (After Sales Service)

 

Each return must obligatorily be the subject of a request on our Internet site in the heading MY RETURNS or with S.A.V. by mail: sav@p2r-net.com. It will be up to the customer to provide all evidence as to the reality of the hidden defect or defect found.

 

This request will be subject to acceptance before returning the goods in their original packaging. In the event of a change in the goods sold, no dispute may be accepted by PROCONCEPT 2 ROUES, the costs of returns and processing of the claim will be borne by the customer.

 

If the defect is characterized, PROCONCEPT 2 ROUES undertakes to repair or replace it.

 

 

How to generate a product return

Product return is directly managed inside an order selected (in your customer space > order history). You can generate a return on product line, indicate the reason, download a picture and generate the return. This one will be submitted to approval or not.
