The piston pin is made of nickel-chrome steel and is characterized by a truly low coefficient of friction: it stands out for the carbon-based DLC treatment with innovative technology specific for racing and aeronautical applications, intended for sliding components and prone to high wear.
The interior housing of the large capacity piston pin has the function of a grease reservoir: inside it there is a special spring which allows constant distribution of grease on the barrel, even in the most difficult conditions of use.
With this new technology, the performance remains constant and it is no longer necessary to modify the calibration of the rollers to obtain the best performance.
The variator is delivered complete with a thrust spring with Evo Slider with a preload greater than 15% compared to the original one which increases the engine rotation speed when starting.
The rollers are covered by a new blend of nylon and aramid fiber material.
The kit also includes clutch springs with 20% higher load to increase clutch engagement.
