Technical characteristics: these are truly effective sponge air filters, made of expanded/flexible polyurethane, based on cross-linked polyester. They are composed of two layers of sponge: a thinner blue one with a porosity of 60 PPI and a more open black one with a porosity of 30 PPI. The thinnest layer filters only the smallest particles and maintains its characteristics for a longer time, since the particles do not come into contact with larger ones, which could not pass the pre-filtration carried out by the primary layer. The exterior surface is corrugated. It offers greater entry of air flows, while retaining 50% more dust. The efficiency of the filter is guaranteed according to European Standards EN779 of degree G3-G4; with weight efficiency of 90% and, in particular, more than 50% on micron particles.
